No we are not. Dallas BBQ is a fast food whereas we (Dallas Jones BBQ) are a stand-alone small take out/restaurant place.

10. What’s the difference between baby back ribs and st. Louis ribs?
Baby back ribs have a smaller bone, they come from the back of the animal. St. Louis come from the chest of the animal. Therefore, they have a bigger bone, are leaner and meatier.

It is smoked for 16 hours with cherry, wood and hickory woods. Then it is pulled and topped with our house-made BBQ sauce.

Deep fried in a very light frying vegetable oil. We use no transfat cooking oils and we change our frying oils every 3 days.

Because we use ground sirloin, which is a leaner cut of beef containing less fat. We recommend ordering your burger medium rare or medium to keep it moist and juicy

Dallas Jones was founded in 1984 on 6th Ave. and West 3rd Street in Manhattan as the first ribs and chicken take out in NYC, and it was always called Dallas Jones. In 1985, a chain copying the concept started under the name Dallas BBQ. A law suit happened, which the competition won.
